Q. Why should I use Kravit The Estate Department to sell my valuables?
Our integrity and reputation are vitally important to us so we understand that you want to be able to trust the person you are selling your valuables to as well as being paid the most for them. With more than 5 generations of being in the estate buying business, this sets us apart from most, if not all, estate buying companies.
Q. How is the value of my items determined?
The value of your gold items is based on the gold content (karat), weight and the market price of gold that day. If you are selling a watch, diamond, vintage jewelry or collectible, the price is determined by the piece.
Q. How will I be paid?
If your items are mailed to us, we will pay by check. PayPal payments are also available at your request.
If you sell your valuables at our corporate headquarters in Boca Raton or at any of the many events we hold throughout the country, we PAY IN CASH! Please check our website “This Week’s Events” to see if we are in a city near you.
Q. How long do I have to wait?
All items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase.
Q. Can I make a return?
Yes, we offer a 72 hour inspection period.
Q. Can I bring my valuables to your office in Boca Raton, Florida?
Yes, our office is open 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
Q. If I chose to send my valuables by mail are they insured?
Yes, we provide our customers with insurance on all packages that are shipped to us and/or returned to you.
