Shipping Policy

All orders placed will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be delivered in 3-8 business days. We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a Shipment Processing Update email once your order has been submitted to our and processed for shipping. You will then be sent an email the next business day which contains the tracking number for your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from receipt of this email for your shipment to show in "In Transit" status in the USPS system. You may track the shipment progress on the USPS.com website once your package has been scanned at the USPS facility. You can also check the status of your order by emailing us at info@estatdept.com for assistance. Please have your Order Confirmation Number available.

International Orders

We are not set up to ship to any addresses outside of the United States.

General Order Procedures

Shipping Charges and options for the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are a Flat Rate Charge via Priority Mail with the USPS of $7.50 to one location. We never charge a handling fee to process your order. When you check out, you will be able to see exactly how much you are being charged for your shipment.
