Men's Conversion Two-Tone Rolex Datejust Wristwatch Ref 16014 Circa 1980. The watch features a two tone Rolex Datejust in a steel and 18K yellow gold oyster case. Please note this model was originally an ALL steel model that has been converted into a two tone model with the addition of a gold and steel band and bezel. It measures 43.50mm x 34.50mm without the crown (Ref 16014, Serial #6.073.036). The watch is attached to an aftermarket two tone Rolex 18K yellow gold and stainless steel Oyster link bracelet that is in fair condition. It measures 7 1/4" in length including the watch (end pieces/455B). The watch has a high grade Swiss Rolex Cal. 3035 rhodium-plated movement with "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, Breguet balance spring with Microstella regulating screws and hack mechanism. The watch is topped with an aftermarket gold painted diamond dial, aperture for the date at 3:00 o'clock with luminous yellow gold baton hands (quick date model).
