It is powered by the robust Rolex Caliber 3187 automatic chronometer movement with 48‑hour power reserve, Parachrom hairspring, and Paraflex shock absorbers. Serial 1RY72240. It measures 8 1/4" and it is accompanied by its original Rolex box. Sorry it does not include the papers. The watch is running well, though the crystal has a scratch at 12 o’clock. Produced from 2011–2021 to mark the Explorer II’s 40th anniversary, this model introduced the larger 42mm case and revived the iconic orange hand, paying tribute to the legendary 1971 Explorer II.
