MK Personal Collection Early Rare Two Piece Cushion Tortoise Case No 7 Patek Philippe Wristwatch Circa 1910. The watch features an over sized 14K yellow gold case signed Patek Philippe with Swiss Hallmarks (most likely unique) Case # 292.074, Movement # 158.395. The watcgh measures 30mm without the crown x 38mm lug to lug. As you can see from the photos the case has integrated lugs unlike most early cushion case watches with applied small tear drop lug models. It has a high grade Swiss frost gild early Patek Philippe 12" movement with wolfs teeth wind and moustache lever escapement that is in good running condition. It is topped with an original metal dial with black enamel Breguet numerals and sub-seconds and original blue steel spade hands. The watch is triple signed and as we mentioned earlier most likely a special order piece. The watch is accompanied with Patek Philippe Archives stating the watch was made in 1910 and sold on February 9, 1911.
