The watch features a two piece 18K yellow gold rectangular case that measures 45mm x 23mm without the crown. The serial number on the back of the lugs is 455 along with Serial #350029 on the inside back cover. The watch is signed "Cartier 18K Swiss". It has a high grade Swiss Cartier 18 jewel manual wind nickel plated movement that is in good running condition (Serial # 486.494). The watch is topped with a silver painted dial with black indexes. As you can see this model is in overall excellent condition. The watch was made for the American boutique Cartier New York.
