MK Personal Collection Rare Men's 18K Rolex GMT Master Wristwatch Ref 16758 with Box and Papers, Circa 1987

MK Personal Collection The present lot is part of a larger privately held collection and is intended for exhibition purposes only. Rare Men's 18K Rolex GMT Master Wristwatch Ref 16758 with Box and Papers, Circa 1987. This is a fine men's 18K yellow gold Rolex wristwatch, Ref 1675, in a three piece gold oyster case with a screw down water proof back Serial # 8.151.404 that measures 47.50mm x 43.00mm including the crown guards. The watch has a Cal. 3035 rhodium-plated 27 jewel automatic movement straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring with microstella regulating screws Serial # O905.125 that is in running condition. The watch will need an overhaul in order to keep accurate time. It is topped with an original brownish red dial with luminous round, bâton and triangular indexes with outer minute/seconds divisions and aperture for the date at 3:00 o'clock. As you can see from the photos the dial does have some sun damage. It is attached to a 18K yellow gold Rolex bracelet that measues 8" in length including the head, (Serial #47B). The watch is accompanied with the original fitted box and original papers including a Rolex service certificate dated 1/14/03. As you can see from the photos the watch is in overall good condition.
